Delivery Time

After you order, usually delivery to your door around 12-15 days (Products not marked with 3-day delivery will take 10 to 14 days).

Unopened Returns

4. Change of Mind: For customers who no longer want an item that has been unpacked, returns are accepted, provided the customer covers the return shipping fees. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp with your order number, photographic or video evidence of the defect if applicable, and a brief description of the issue. 6. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
